Expert Water softener installation and repair in Lubbock, TX

Hard water is a real problem in Lubbock and across West Texas. Water here flows through limestone-rich ground, which loads it with calcium and magnesium. Those minerals leave chalky buildup on faucets, white spots on dishes, scale inside water heaters, and a filmy residue on skin and hair. A properly installed water softener stops those minerals at the point of entry, before they reach your pipes, fixtures, and appliances. At 1213 Plumbing LLC, we handle water softener installation and repair for homes and businesses throughout Lubbock and the surrounding communities. With over 20 years of plumbing experience in both residential and commercial work, we size and set up each system to match your home's actual water demand. If your existing softener is losing pressure, failing to regenerate, or just not performing the way it should, we diagnose and repair it too. Every job gets the same care, because we know every dollar you spend matters.

I have the pleasure of having Rudy take care of a bad faucet and a hot water replacement. Rudy was super pleasant, always on time, and made the process so smooth. He is very knowledgeable and I will happily use 1213 Plumbing again if the need arises. I would reccomend them 10 out 10 times.

Rudy is great! We have used his services three times now and I won’t be using anyone else again! He replaced our gas pipes and brought our gas appliances up to code a few months ago. Today, he fished a rubber duck from our toilet. He has always been quick to respond, honest and fairly priced! I definitely recommend him over anyone else!

Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didn't work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy!

Professional, on-time, very knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced. Rudy and his son were very easy to talk to and deal with. They solved my plumbing issues and were pleasant to have in the house. They even answered all the questions I had while they were working. I'll recommend 1213 Plumbing to anyone who asks for a plumber recommendation.
