Expert Grease Trap Installation and Repair in Lubbock, TX

Grease trap installation and repair in Lubbock is a requirement for any commercial food service operation, not an option. The City of Lubbock regulates grease interceptor size, type, placement, and ongoing condition under Code of Ordinance 22.04. A trap that is missing, undersized, or broken puts your business at risk of fines and forced closure. At 1213 Plumbing LLC, we assess your kitchen's plumbing layout and daily wastewater output before sizing and placing the right unit. We install both under-sink traps and larger outdoor in-ground interceptors, with proper pipe alignment and sealed connections throughout. Every interceptor we install includes an effluent sampling well as required by the City of Lubbock. When a trap cracks, leaks, or stops separating fats, oils, and grease correctly, we inspect the full assembly, find the failure point, and repair or replace damaged components. Lubbock's flat terrain means slow-draining lines surface problems fast, so catching a failing trap early protects your connected drain lines too. With over 20 years of commercial plumbing experience, we tackle every job to give you a service worth every penny. Call 1213 Plumbing LLC to get started.

Under-sink traps are smaller units installed close to the sink and suit lower-volume kitchens in Lubbock. Outdoor in-ground interceptors handle higher wastewater volumes and are common for full-service restaurants.

A full inspection of the trap assembly tells you whether the failure is in a single component or the unit itself. 1213 Plumbing LLC inspects the full system and recommends repair or replacement based on what we actually find.

I have the pleasure of having Rudy take care of a bad faucet and a hot water replacement. Rudy was super pleasant, always on time, and made the process so smooth. He is very knowledgeable and I will happily use 1213 Plumbing again if the need arises. I would reccomend them 10 out 10 times.

Rudy is great! We have used his services three times now and I won’t be using anyone else again! He replaced our gas pipes and brought our gas appliances up to code a few months ago. Today, he fished a rubber duck from our toilet. He has always been quick to respond, honest and fairly priced! I definitely recommend him over anyone else!

Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didn't work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy!

Professional, on-time, very knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced. Rudy and his son were very easy to talk to and deal with. They solved my plumbing issues and were pleasant to have in the house. They even answered all the questions I had while they were working. I'll recommend 1213 Plumbing to anyone who asks for a plumber recommendation.
