Expert Sewer line replacement in Lubbock, TX

When a sewer line fails in Lubbock, the problem rarely fixes itself. 1213 Plumbing LLC handles full sewer line replacement for residential and commercial properties across the area. Lubbock's expansive clay soil swells when wet and shrinks during dry spells. That constant movement stresses buried pipes, causing cracks, joint separation, and pipe bellies that block flow. Older properties are especially at risk, as aging cast iron and clay lines were not built to handle decades of soil shift. Signs you may need replacement include persistent sewage odors, slow drains across multiple fixtures, soggy patches in your yard, or repeated backups that keep coming back. We inspect the line first so you know exactly what is wrong before any work begins. With over 20 years of plumbing experience in both residential and commercial work, we approach every sewer line job the way we would want it done on our own property. Call 1213 Plumbing LLC to schedule your sewer line inspection in Lubbock.

Replacement is typically the right call when the pipe is collapsed, severely corroded, or has multiple failure points along its length. A camera inspection of your Lubbock property gives us the exact picture before we recommend anything.

Yes, Lubbock's expansive clay soil shifts as moisture levels change, and that movement can crack or separate pipes regardless of age. Joint separation and pipe bellies are common results we see across properties throughout the area.

The amount of excavation depends on where the damaged section runs and how deep the line is buried. We assess the full situation on your Lubbock property before any digging begins so you know what to expect.

Persistent sewage odors near your foundation, slow drains in multiple rooms, soggy or unusually green patches in your yard, and repeated backups are all signs the line may need replacement. Any one of these on your Lubbock property is worth having inspected.

Yes, we work on both residential and commercial sewer lines throughout Lubbock and surrounding areas including Wolfforth, Idalou, and Plainview. Our experience covers a wide range of property types and line configurations.

I have the pleasure of having Rudy take care of a bad faucet and a hot water replacement. Rudy was super pleasant, always on time, and made the process so smooth. He is very knowledgeable and I will happily use 1213 Plumbing again if the need arises. I would reccomend them 10 out 10 times.

Rudy is great! We have used his services three times now and I won’t be using anyone else again! He replaced our gas pipes and brought our gas appliances up to code a few months ago. Today, he fished a rubber duck from our toilet. He has always been quick to respond, honest and fairly priced! I definitely recommend him over anyone else!

Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didn't work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy!

Professional, on-time, very knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced. Rudy and his son were very easy to talk to and deal with. They solved my plumbing issues and were pleasant to have in the house. They even answered all the questions I had while they were working. I'll recommend 1213 Plumbing to anyone who asks for a plumber recommendation.
