Expert Sanitary Sewer Main and Branch Installation in Lubbock, TX

Sanitary sewer main and branch installation puts the underground pipe system in place that moves wastewater away from your property and into the city sewer network. At 1213 Plumbing LLC, we handle this work for both residential and commercial properties across Lubbock and the surrounding South Plains. Lubbock's clay-heavy soils expand when wet and shrink during dry stretches, which puts stress on underground pipe systems over time. Getting the installation right from the start reduces that long-term risk. We assess each site before we dig, plan the line grade carefully, and backfill with proper compaction so the ground around your new pipe stays stable. Our plumbing background spans commercial and residential work, so we know what each type of property demands from a sewer system. Whether you are building new or replacing a failed main, we give every job the same focused attention. Call 1213 Plumbing LLC to talk through your sewer installation needs in Lubbock.

Sanitary Sewer Main and Branch Installation FAQ

Common questions about sanitary sewer main and branch installation in Lubbock, TX.

A new sewer main is usually the right call when the existing pipe has collapsed sections, repeated belly sags, or widespread root damage that spot repairs cannot fix. A plumber can inspect the line and give you a clear answer based on what the pipe actually looks like underground.

Yes, Lubbock's expansive clay soil shifts with moisture changes, so proper bedding material and compaction around the new pipe are critical steps during installation. Skipping those steps leaves the line vulnerable to settling and joint separation over time.

The sewer main is the primary underground pipe that carries all wastewater from your property toward the city sewer connection. Branch lines are the smaller pipes that run from individual fixtures or areas of the building and tie into that main.

Yes, 1213 Plumbing LLC handles sewer main and branch installation for both commercial and residential properties in Lubbock. Commercial systems often require larger pipe sizing and more branch connections, and our background covers both.

Yes, 1213 Plumbing LLC serves Wolfforth, Idalou, and the surrounding South Plains communities for new sewer main installation. We work with property owners and builders at the ground-up stage to get the underground system in place correctly.

Recurring clogs at the same fixture, slow drains that do not respond to clearing, or foul odors near a drain point often mean the branch line itself is damaged or misaligned. A plumber can confirm whether the pipe needs replacement or if the issue is a blockage that can be removed.

I have the pleasure of having Rudy take care of a bad faucet and a hot water replacement. Rudy was super pleasant, always on time, and made the process so smooth. He is very knowledgeable and I will happily use 1213 Plumbing again if the need arises. I would reccomend them 10 out 10 times.

Rudy is great! We have used his services three times now and I won’t be using anyone else again! He replaced our gas pipes and brought our gas appliances up to code a few months ago. Today, he fished a rubber duck from our toilet. He has always been quick to respond, honest and fairly priced! I definitely recommend him over anyone else!

Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didn't work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy!

Professional, on-time, very knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced. Rudy and his son were very easy to talk to and deal with. They solved my plumbing issues and were pleasant to have in the house. They even answered all the questions I had while they were working. I'll recommend 1213 Plumbing to anyone who asks for a plumber recommendation.
