Expert Backflow Prevention Testing in Lubbock, TX

Backflow prevention testing keeps contaminated water from flowing backward into Lubbock's clean drinking supply. When water pressure shifts, irrigation chemicals, fertilizers, and bacteria can reverse into your home or business plumbing. The City of Lubbock requires regular backflow testing for both commercial and residential properties, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality enforces those rules statewide. Skipping a required test can result in fines or water service shutoff. At 1213 Plumbing LLC, we bring over 20 years of commercial and residential plumbing experience to every test. We connect calibrated test gauges to your assembly, check each valve under pressure, document the results, and submit the report to the appropriate water authority on your behalf. If your device fails, we walk you through your repair options clearly and honestly. We serve property owners in Lubbock, Wolfforth, Idalou, Shallowater, Abernathy, Plainview, Brownfield, and Petersburg. Call us to schedule your backflow test and stay on the right side of city requirements.

I have the pleasure of having Rudy take care of a bad faucet and a hot water replacement. Rudy was super pleasant, always on time, and made the process so smooth. He is very knowledgeable and I will happily use 1213 Plumbing again if the need arises. I would reccomend them 10 out 10 times.

Rudy is great! We have used his services three times now and I won’t be using anyone else again! He replaced our gas pipes and brought our gas appliances up to code a few months ago. Today, he fished a rubber duck from our toilet. He has always been quick to respond, honest and fairly priced! I definitely recommend him over anyone else!

Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didn't work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy!

Professional, on-time, very knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced. Rudy and his son were very easy to talk to and deal with. They solved my plumbing issues and were pleasant to have in the house. They even answered all the questions I had while they were working. I'll recommend 1213 Plumbing to anyone who asks for a plumber recommendation.
