Expert Grease Trap Installation in Lubbock, TX

Grease trap installation in Lubbock is a city-required step for any commercial food service operation. The City of Lubbock regulates grease trap size, type, and placement under its Plumbing Code and Code of Ordinance 22.04. At 1213 Plumbing LLC, we handle the full installation process for your Lubbock kitchen. We start by assessing your kitchen's plumbing layout and daily wastewater output. From there, we size the unit correctly and choose the right placement, whether under-sink or an outdoor in-ground interceptor. We connect inlet and outlet pipes with proper alignment to prevent leaks. Every interceptor we install includes an effluent sampling well, as required by the City of Lubbock. After installation, we test the system for flow rate and grease separation. A correctly installed grease trap keeps fats, oils, and grease out of Lubbock's sewer system. It also protects your business from city fines, health code violations, and drain backups. Call 1213 Plumbing LLC to get your Lubbock kitchen set up right.

I have the pleasure of having Rudy take care of a bad faucet and a hot water replacement. Rudy was super pleasant, always on time, and made the process so smooth. He is very knowledgeable and I will happily use 1213 Plumbing again if the need arises. I would reccomend them 10 out 10 times.

Rudy is great! We have used his services three times now and I won’t be using anyone else again! He replaced our gas pipes and brought our gas appliances up to code a few months ago. Today, he fished a rubber duck from our toilet. He has always been quick to respond, honest and fairly priced! I definitely recommend him over anyone else!

Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didn't work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy!

Professional, on-time, very knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced. Rudy and his son were very easy to talk to and deal with. They solved my plumbing issues and were pleasant to have in the house. They even answered all the questions I had while they were working. I'll recommend 1213 Plumbing to anyone who asks for a plumber recommendation.
